Thanks dude! That’s a wealth of info! What size spacers did you go with? Also does adjusting the wheel forward have any negative affects? I imagine it has to have some cons being that it’s not factory placement ya know. Just trying to cover all the basis to see if this is worth the bigger tire...
I’m not a huge fan of the idea of wheel spacers but would that make much of a difference in the amount of rub. The wheels I’ll be running are 4 backspace. From what I’ve seen most guys are running at least 1 inch spacers with the 1 inch BL.
I really dig them! I’ve had them on for about 3 months now and have had zero complaints. The front end was pretty stiff to begin with and this is like riding on a cloud. Haven’t got a change to really test them on anything serious yet but hopefully soon with some new rubber if I can decide on a...
Before you read any further I swear I’ve sorted through about 5 hours of posts and still haven’t come up with a clear answer LOL.
Recently got a nail in one of my tires and figured what a better time to add some New rubber! I’m running the toytec aluma boss 2.0 coil overs in the front set at...
Was headed back from a work trip last week and while I was on the freeway doing about 70 I very gently swerved for a pothole and noticed my rear end started to sway back and forth. Nothing too crazy but definitely not comforting. I was loaded down with a bit of gear.. maybe 300 lbs all together...
Not going to lie.. I anticipated this job being much easier, ya know just plug and play. Unfortunately, that's never the case!
I installed SPC Adjustable UCA's and the Toytec Aluma Boss 2.0's and damn do they look good! The UCAs were the toughest part. The driver's side was no problem. Quick...
I know there has been a ton of posts about limited wood dash bezel but everything if found is from like 15 years ago! I was doing the taco whip mod and broke the bezel when removing it like and idiot I got too impatient. Now I’m looking for a replacement and though I nailed it online for 120...
I broke the bezel in the process of the taco whip mod and wanted a replacement. It’s got a decent size crack and small hole where the plastic is missing. Curious if you guys think it would work over the hole?
One of the easiest mods yet! Thanks for the write up! Word to the wise...be careful using a flathead to unscrew the cover piece. One slip and you’ve got a nice gouge in the paint. I used a towel behind the nut just in case and glad I did!
