I didn't tighten the driver's side all the way down, just got the bolts in and turned them 2-3 rotations. I'll try doing the cross pattern though. Hopefully that works.

3rd gen with elocker and 33s is best, even better if you can find one supercharged. Even better with suspension work and body lift for clearance. If you are going to do more work to it though then doing a SAS kit makes those rigs bad.ass....

Yea I'll check it out. Perfect timing because I just finished cutting the back piece and it seems like I have almost identical measurements, just was struggling with the angled piece measurements, but you just saved my butt hahahah. Nice work by the way.

This is the first time I have really worked with wood in my life, I think I did pretty well! The box turned out to be just about EXACTLY what I had in my head to begin with.. I'm actually building your cargo box right now. So excited for the final results. What you made is simply bad ass!!!
