Is there a lot of theft with them? Does anyone know? I just got one today, and I know most only have a pin holding the shackle itself on with no way to lock it. Do people steal the shackle? I have a hitch lock so they rest can’t be stolen. Just curious if anyone knows.

That is not a bad idea and spray on bed liner isn’t to expensive. May also be easy to touch up on occasion.

I don’t know about what all ports they come in, but, I was told mine is at a port in San Diego. I think the southeast region goes to Jacksonville, Fl but not positive on that.
