I've ordered Denso radiators twice now for 2 different 4runners through Amazon. Both fit great and came packed double boxed with Styrofoam on all inputs.

Since intake is removed, clean the MAF and remove and clean the throttle body. You can replace the throttle body gasket at the same time, some recommend the TRD gasket. Get one can of MAF cleaner and one can of throttle body cleaner. I literally went through most of your list this weekend...
