let me just say up front I know almost nothing about auto maintenance & I own a 2004 V6 4Runner.
They guy at the oil lube place told me that I had a missing dipstick.
The engine oil dipstick was in the front (and still there) but there is a tube behind that that is open & looks like a dipstick...
