We installed 2 on 2nd gen tacos last night and plan on doing a 5th gen t4r this weekend. What size hole saw was used to make the 2 holes for the intake? The one we picked up for the tacos looked too big.

Is this vehicle still forsale? I'm interested and would be willing to make the drive from Virginia.

I want to bump this to the top. I would not be opposed to a 4runner being a few hundred miles away if it is in the right condition and i have enough pictures to justify making a long trip. I'm mostly considering vehicles that have no body or frame rust and is also in great running condition...

Yea the ones i look at, i make sure the transmission has been replaced anyways. As for the manual, well i dont particularly want one at schhol because its all mountains.

If this is the first time it happened you may have just put the key in at a slight angle. This happened to me with my old 99 and i realized that i was forcing the key in. This may not be it but just my 2 cents. Good luck!

I've never heard of the 3.0 motor. I think you guys are confusing it with the 2.7 liter. I think the hilux surf came with the 3.0 turbo diesel, but thats a whole nother story.
