yea the no "destructions” with it make be just a little hesitant, more so the lack of a template part I guess.

Just to weigh the pros and cons, what kind of draw backs are there to a snorkel? I have never run one before, I imagine they are the ultimate cold air intake though!

I think you guys are right about the LC one being too long. Plus not having to deal with a new antenna will be nice too.

That one on eBay I have been looking at too, but if the LC one could be made to fit for $80 less it may be worth messing around with. Since even the hilux one will still need to modified to fit, and does not come with a template for drilling or anything. I would also have to make the tubing...

I have not found anyone that has tried it but I’m curious if anyone has any experience? There is a cheap snorkel kit on fee-bay for $99 for the 90-99 LC80 and would love to use it on my 96, just not sure if it would even be close to fitting the angle of the windshield and fender. Let me know...
