It's really no certain time that's why I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what needs to be fixed, sometimes it can be going on an incline and sometimes it can be just on a flat road. Not frequently just once in a while!

Yes! I've had it aligned twice I believe, it's weird it only does it ever so often so I don't know if I should be concerned or not. But thank you for the info on the wheels and tires! I'll definitely look into all of that!
