I found my rattle!!! I pulled the plastic cowl off where the wipers are to see if the rattle was a rock or something, and I found that it was clean as a whistle. But since I had it apart I figured check everything, I found that the wire that comes off of the wiper defroster connects to a gray...

Update: dealer can not duplicate the issue, but I emailed my videos of the problem every time it happened (I have like 40 videos of the same issue). And I think it annoyed them as much as it annoys me, because they are going to replace the head unit, thankfully I bought a Zurich warranty...

Just an update. I pull the head unit out, since it looked so easy to do, based on someone's write up on here. 5 minutes and the head unit was hanging out. All wiring connections looked secure, pulled each connection individually and check for any signs of problems and nothing, put it all back...

I hope so, just bought this and love it, but of course I can't replicate the problem at the dealership. Bought a warranty, which would cover fixing it, if I can replicate the issue.
