I picked it up after having the rear end rebuilt. It ran great when i got off the freeway the damn thing died on me. And ran really rough. Then i replaced wires and plugs, fuel filter. I have checked and rechecked my wiring orders. 1-4, 3-6, 5-2. Thank you for the link about fuel injectors.

This thing is driving me crazy!!!!!!! I have checked the coils they test good. Replaced plugs and wires. Also the fuel filter. Compression is good in all 6 cylinders.i have a 02' 4runner sr5 3.4L. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
