It’s definitely an issue with iOS 11. I haven’t had the specific issues you’ve described but I have had frequent head unit crash/reboot when attempting to place outbound calls.

The only models in the NorCal region available without 3rd row are Trails. It's utter idiocy. I ended up getting my SR5P w/o 3rd Row in Reno (Dolan Toyota) via the Costco purchasing program. Good transaction and worth the drive to Tahoe.
