Lay the rotor backing plate on the press dies with the rotors sticking down, towards the ground. Use a socket to press the rotor nipples that go through the rotor gears down, out of the rotor backing plate.

lol facepalm!! The tbelt, water pump, and plugs is about a 3-4 hour job! The only thing you need to pull is the fan and fan shroud to gain access to the front of the motor.
