Most WIY bumpers are FULL bumpers though, this is essentially only the wench mounting plate... Didn't even realize OP was from Canada, between international shipping, welding labor, sourcing an upper bumper, and associated parts, you're most likely looking at around $1000+. That's ARB price...

The $750 is just for the LBER weld it yourself kit correct? Not the full bumper (UBER+LBER)?

Beating a dead horse, but as others have said, you have the wrong size brake pads. Brakes aren't something I liked to mess with (learned the hard way after doing the Tundra big brake upgrade myself), so I'd recommend having a shop do it for you. Pad replacement labor and parts are quite cheap...
