I hit the awd button in the side of the transfer case shifter and I heard the clunk which made Me believe it was in 4wd, as well as the light stopped blinking after the clunk. I really don't want to replace that damn thing.... Especially. If I have to remove the power steering rack and pinion...

Thanks! I found a beefy one on Rock Auto as well that's made by goodyear, and looks likes its bearing is replaceable. I just wish I could find the damn nut to replace it as well, as this ones looking rusty and may give me issues coming off.

And I finally figured it out (for mine at least). The freaking ac idler pulley..... Took me long enough

I finally found out the squeeky winter time noise I've been hearing for years now, but I can't figure out what pulley it is so I can order another one. Anyone have any ideas? Its the one on the bottom, below the crank. Thanks!

Haven't been on here in a while, but mines about a year old and still loving it! Plus Drabbits was awesome to work with, had a small snafu with the install and he sent out the replacement parts the same day! I just noticed the truck is on the front page too, thats a plus, lol

Completed this test tonight, same deal, bad VSV. Advance auto (Part# 911-601) has them for $46 right now so I'm going to go scoop me up one and replace it tomorrow morning. Is there another one up in the engine bay as well?
