As previously noted, 2009 was the lowest sales year for 4Runner since 1985. People weren't spending $30-40k on an SUV with $4/gas and housing crash. I guess I'm lucky like Urbanite, I also have a 2009 Urban Runner.

Correct. 2009 Was the lowest production/sales year since like 1986 with under 20,000 units sold. I guess my 09 Urban Runner 4wd is a rare configuration.

09 Urban Runner 4x4 just hit 112k. It's kinda my garage queen as I've only put 4500 miles on it in a year and a half's time.

Have some paint fade on my tubular roof rack. I'd like to spray it with something that will look and feel the same. Has that rough texture like light sand paper so maybe some type of Krylon paint? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Rusty underneath or not, being offered only $5000 for a 4th gen with under 100k miles is ridiculous. Especially 5 years ago. I have been selling my cars private party and with the car market still berzerk, consumers are looking at the private party ads to avoid the price gouging and fees.

Ended up buying the AVS brand (Auto Ventshade) through Autozone because they had a $10 off code, and the difference is pretty clear on the fit and quality.

Long story short, bought a knock off brand from Amazon for $40 and the front visors don't fit right at all. There's a big gap and a space between the adhesive strip and door frame at the end where the mirror mount is. I'm guessing I need the AVS brand since it doesnt appear Toyota sells this...
