Roof rack fade, paint recommendation?

Have some paint fade on my tubular roof rack. I'd like to spray it with something that will look and feel the same. Has that rough texture like light sand paper so maybe some type of Krylon paint? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

I used Rustoleum's Black Stainless Steel metallic 4 years ago and it still looks fresh. Used it on my sliders too.

I did a touch up with Rust Oleum today, thanks!
