I have a 99 4runner with a 6 cylinder engine. The accelerator has been sticking in idle (and while running) and won't decelerate. I've tried tapping the pedal, greasing the linkage and even putting carb cleaner at the intake but nothing is working. The linkage doesn't appear to be sticking...
