Thanks for the responses guys! For some reason, today is the first time Ive seen any of your responses! I haven't pulled the trigger on this yet, mainly because I haven't had a chance to make the drive to go see it. Also not sure if I want to go third gen or 4th.

What do you think about buying a 2004 with 213k miles for 7 grand. New brakes, tires, and suspension. It's a v8 limited with every option(nav, JBL) it is in good shape and looks good. I know it's not a 3rd gen, but does that sound fair?
