Sounds like u joint(s) to me...... You can either do it yourself for the cost of parts or take the drive shaft in and have the shop do it for a a little less than if they had to remove the drive shaft ...... your call.

I need to replace one of my front parking / dimmer bulbs and can't figure out how to take the fixture out to get to the socket/bulb .... I see a phillips screw on top but didn't want to force it for fear of braking a tab or something .. Any advise/ guidance would be appreciated ......

I never did try too hard to pull mine out, but I would suggest some WD-40 to soften the rubber grommet and pulllllll ... but you will need a new grommet when its time to put it back together ....
