Those look like the toytec adjustable collars on bilstein 5100's, but the spring is black instead of red or silver. There a lot of threads showing if it is the toytec collar.
Well, I made the assumption that he might want to be more level, but is afraid of being nose high with weight in the back, so he was going to go with 2.5 in the rear to avoid that. I was merely pointing out an option to be level and not sag with some weight.
