Have a 98 4 runner 2x4 with 4 cylinder. Wanted to get new truck to pull boat, wife wont budge. Looking at trying to upgrade engine/tranny to equivalent of f-250. or at least be able to tow 9000. the 5000 stock cant pull my 4500 trailer boat up the mountain any more. What am i looking at...
