I ended up by the wheels and tires and having tire pressure sensors put on. So I've got summer and winter wheels and tires, and an extra set of summer tires with about 13,000 wear on them It worked out I guess.

I ended up buying the wheels, they've got tires on them that look pretty good (maybe 15,000 in wear, so lots left). I think I'll run them with these tires which will last about a year then put on the take-offs and do TPMS at that time.
