I bought my ‘18 SR5 used with those tires in July, ‘19. The truck had 24,000 miles on it when I bought it from a local dealer. Tread like new. I replaced them with BFG All Terrain T/A’s a few months later after I cut a sidewall while on a local 4x4 trail, which I had planned to do anyway even if I hadn’t cut the sidewall (cut tire didn’t loose air, but I had it rotated out right away). Still have the original spare. My 2¢, based on your driving mix, is at least 65,000 with normal care (rotation, inflation, alignment).

If you wait long enough to find out you probably don’t have 4wd.

I should’ve offered some info along with my smart a** comment. I think 40k min 60k max. What you’ll get from almost everyone is that they were replaced as soon as financially possible. I took mine off at 15k and sold them for $150-$200. Replaced with stock size ATs. No lift, no performance or suspension mods. Just hated the tires performance up here in Minnesota. In Florida they’d be fine, but I’d probably be driving a c8 then.
Your 99% commute leaves what I would guess is 1% dirt road/camping? If you’re not messing with 2 feet of snow or a 2 foot rock wall drive you’ll be fine until at least 40k. Even then instead of paying the tire disposal fee when you replace them ask the tire shop to pay you $10 a piece for the tires. Usually works.

Exactly. There's no one answer. My Terra Graps were at the same 7/32 but at only 22k miles before I swapped them, so there's that.

not necessarily. I left the stock tires on mine until they were nearly bald at about 34k. In that time, I did about 7k of offroading, including Fins, Hells, the White Rim, and others in Moab, the AZBDR, and deep backcountry in WY, MT, WA, ID, and CO. I have a TRD ORP.

Well, I've got the original set with ~15k on them.
Then I bought snow tires and another set of Toyota wheels, which also had a set of the same tires with about the same amount of wear.
So it sounds like I've got maybe 30-40k, maybe more, worth of tire left. between the 2 sets.
Given that I will be driving on my snow tires about 4 months of the year, and that I don't drive that many miles/year, I'll probably be dead before both sets are worn out.
Maybe I want to sell the tires rather than deal with extra tires waiting to be used.

If you have the stock Dunlop AT20 like I do, they'll last until you take a knife to the sidewall after you look at the consumer ratings on the various tire websites, which simply confirms why they suck unless you're a little old lady that only drives to church on sunny, warm Sundays.

my stocks lasted around 70k. Then went to LTX M/S2's, they lasted around 60k. Then went to KO2's, they lasted 91,000 miles! I just put my second set of KO2's on last week, hoping for another 90k+!
