Maximize your KDSS + extended travel shocks

Did you find that these blocks added to your existing sonoran travel? Or does it just allow the potential to run a longer shock in the future? I was under the impression the sonoran bar already allowed the included Radflo shocks to fully droop?

    35x12.5R17?

Did you have to lower your bump stops? If so how far?

    4.10 vs 4.88 with 315/70r17 on a 5th Gen?

That's only a .3" measured height difference I believe. Do you feel that is just due to the heavier rotating mass?

    35x12.5R17?

I'm also not a fan of doing a body lift, so I realize that may limit me some as well, when it comes to measuring taller than that.

    35x12.5R17?

Yep, I have, for me the re-gear isn't as bad, here in CO driving up the mountain passes on 70 is already a "struggle" (harder than I'd prefer it to be?) with 285/70s, so I was considering it anyway. I just don't want to have to any serious re-welding to things like the firewall etc. I'm aware...

    35x12.5R17?

Did, thanks. I noted in the post I have read many threads on this, none that I saw with true 35" tires. And to clarify, I mean measure 35" tall, not 34 and change.

    35x12.5R17?

Has anyone had success clearing a true 35" tire such as the 35X12.5R17 General Grabber A/T X for heavy offroad use, without a long travel suspension setup? I have seen all the threads about fitting 315/70's which I know is possible (especially with 17x8" rims), but I'm curious if anyone has...

New Sonoran Steel Product: KDSS High Articulation/Long Travel Trac/PanHard bar

Can you share why the correction kit won't work? Have you tested that the Panhard no longer fully clears and begins contacting again?

New Sonoran Steel Product: KDSS High Articulation/Long Travel Trac/PanHard bar

Hell yeah! Please post back with how it goes :pray2: I had posted about the C4 diff skid and also plan on getting the Panhard correction kit as well to go with it, same as you. I am very curious if all 3 will fit/fully clear together.

    Axle shift

Wouldn't a longer adjustable panhard allow you to correct the side to side shifting of the axle from lifting? Helping to bring the driveshaft closer to it's stock location? Maybe I'm missing something?

Sonoran Steel, Metal Tech, Toytech Upper/Lower Rear Links

Yep, I mistakenly posted this here as it was linked from a 5th gen thread. I have actually followed your 5th gen thread since the beginning. Does that mean the panhard bar wouldn't work on a completely stock truck then? Since my understanding is the extended links just put the rear axle back in...

    Axle shift

Resurrecting this thread (mistakenly also posted this in the 3rd Gen thread) as I look at getting my rear axle on my KDSS model centered. Anyone have any recent experience to share with rear Upper Links specifically? I am looking at getting the RESZ Fab Upper and Lower Links which are slightly...

Resurrecting this thread as I look at getting my rear axle on my KDSS model centered. Anyone have any recent experience to share with rear Upper Links specifically? I am looking at getting the RESZ Fab Upper and Lower Links which are slightly longer than stock to account for lifts (which I...

New Sonoran Steel Product: KDSS High Articulation/Long Travel Trac/PanHard bar

Is there any travel left in the driver rear? Or is this maxed out? Curious if, while not possible in a forklift scenario, in a trail scenario the driver rear would be able to droop another inch or so before hitting the passenger bumpstop?

I was tired of all the "crap" RTT's, so I made my own. - TERRAPOD!

Looks like an awesome design, well done! Any thoughts on going with a mounting system that bolts directly to the roof where the roof rack attachment points are (similar to GFC) to further reduce the height & weight? (And the need to also buy a rack)
