Finally have the issue fixed. I found a Toyota shop called Toy Shop in Denver. It turns out the fuel pressure regulator was leaking. It's all fixed now.

Where can I buy OEM new or refurbished fuel injectors that aren't $200 each? I've read some things on the forum that the $99 for 6 injectors on Ebay and Amazon aren't real OEM. MotorWest?

It's idle It's sitting at a dealer who could not give me a diagnosis for why there is a strong smell of gasoline when I drive it. What do I need to do to start a new thread so I can ask the forum about fuel injectors?
