I like this setup way better. Elevating the cross bars away from the body of the vehicle. It's a pain as it is to pass straps with the factory crossbars.
When you get this going please let me know. I like it.
SSO's powder coating is sub par at best. Not happy with my rear bumper's powder coating at all. If you go with SSO just have them send it bare metal and find a good powder coater locally.
I haven't seen one for less than $40,000 for sale. Cheapest one was a 2016 quicksand with 52,000 for $40,500. I bet if you put it up for sale for $42,000 it would sell quick.
Love them
I have just over 10K on my 265/70's E rated. They have been amazing. Still very quiet, not quite as silky as when I first got them but definitely not loud. They just give off a nice low rumble that isn't that noticeable from the cab. They are wearing very well. Just starting to...

I have the toytec on my TRDP. I think it rides better both on and off road. I tend to stick to moderate off-road adventures. I stay out of deep mud and don't hammer over obstacles. I am just telling my experience with it and after about a year with them and I wouldn't change a thing.
Just to throw a wrench in the works look at this one
New company. TerrPod adventure systems makes a nice unit.
Terrapod Adventure Systems
They are on Facebook as well.
Yeah. I think this must be it. After some closer observation, it seems to be just a slight variation. I live in Maine and rarely use the a/c so I was confused as to why it would be condensating.
I don't know if other people have experienced this but even with the A/c off, when I park the T4R after a drive water is dripping from the area where condensation drips with the A/c on.
This leads me to believe that the compressor is running when it shouldn't.
Is this normal?
has anyone mounted the single in the rear cargo area? Seems like it would be nicer to hang out under the rear hatch if the weather was bad. I'd love to see some photos of rear mounts
During the zombie apocalypse you may be pushed into territory where you'll need those skid plates. Better to be safe then sorry when it comes to zombies.
After I added an SSO bumper to the stock suspension my ride became horrible, very rough in the rear end. Upgraded to the super flex 2.0 HD in the rear and space lift in the front the ride was better than stock. I now float over most road imperfections.
Since you don't have the weight in the...
