Welp, I've got a 95 t4r with the 3.0. A week or so ago one of the head gaskets blew. I've gotten the heads off and will be taking them to a machine shop on Monday, in the mean time, I'm ordering parts. I'm already ordering a few things it didn't necessarily need such as the water pump and timing...

I've got cash waiting. Willing to drive within a few hours of macon, give or take.

Probably going to go with the stock 3.0 but i'm not sure. I'd like more power and reliability but cost is an issue. The good thing is, my mechanic is only charging me $250 to swap it out. I've heard a little bit about the 3.4 but at this point i don't know if i can afford it. Im having a hard...

One of my headgaskets decided it would be a great time of year to fail so instead of replacing it, i'm looking for another motor. Let me know what you have, prefferably lower mileage.

I've had my share of Nissan's also. So after a great weekend, looks like the headgasket went out on the left bank. Considering my 4runner has 178k miles, i'm looking for another motor.
