It is missing, I figured it out you must be stopped and then switch to 4 low. If you are moving at all and switch to 4low and then stop it will not work..
I have a 2006 4runner and I cant seem to engage it in 4low? It just keeps beeping at me and flashing. Is there certain steps I must follow? I don't have a manual... I have a 2001 4runner also and it works great.
