That is solved by doing a right-angle mod on the exhaust.

Exactly. Flashing a light on and off isn't that noisy... you have to be running parallel for a ways with unshielded cable.

It really depends on how your alignment turns out (you did do an alignment after putting on larger tires, right?). If you run out of camber that'd be a good reason to change out the upper control arms.

Can't help you on the shocks, but not sure adding a supercharger this late in the life of the engine is a good idea. Ignoring that it'll cost you a couple grand just in parts, the added pressures a SC adds can definitely cause problems in an old engine.
