Until the Wheels come off (literally)

I had the exact same thing happen to me in my old truck- ball joint failure, right front folded up underneath the passenger door and I slide to a stop due to a torn brake line. Scary stuff on the highway for sure.

3rd Gen Stereo Head Unit Install w/Pic's

I bought my wire harness for my Pioneer DVD headunit for 5 bucks on amazon IIRC and it was shipped and at my house in 2 days. I'd reccomend doing it that way, just make sure that the harness matches the truck.

Why don't more people run Michelin AT's?

If Michelin made a tire that was aggressive enough to air down and go wheeling I'd be a lifetime customer. I ran them on my old chevy exclusively and never had any problems in any weather, even in a 2wd short bed 5spd with a regular radial street tire.

Why don't more people run Michelin AT's?

The ones on my truck are their most aggressive tire- but they don't look like an aggressive tire compared to the DynaPro's. I just moved to North Dakota and I've noticed that EVERYONE is running DynaPro's here. Mostly on the bigger trucks, turbo diesels and such. The AT2's are a pretty good...

Why don't more people run Michelin AT's?

Yeah I imagine they do- they have good tread but they're not aggressive enough to really grab onto anything in deep mud. I'm not a big fan of mud tho... Read too many horror stories and gotten stuck too many times with friends to really want to go get into any haha

Why don't more people run Michelin AT's?

I'm running the michelin LTX AT2's in 265/70r16- and so far they're awesome tires. I've put about 5000 miles on them, on and off road, plenty of highway and city. 60,000 mile warranty, they perform great off road on rocks, wet roads, loose dirt, light mud. Haven't had a single time where I've...

    Scanguage: Worth it?

I'm looking at getting a scanguage, I'm really just deciding if it's worth the money or not, so I wanted to hear what you all think before I decide to pull the trigger or not.

What Did You Do To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Installed Pioneer head unit and sub. Also took the runner out wheeling for the first time. made it to Forest Lake in American Fork Canyon (Utah) without any damage at all except for some good old Rocky Mountain Pinstriping on the driver door. All in all, awesome weekend for me and the runner...

How long did it take for you to find your 4Runner?

where in WA are you? I've spent the last 2 years in Bremerton playing baseball in college- been looking for a place to do some real light off-roading around here. I don't know the area that well because I'm from Utah.

What Did You Do To Your 3rd Gen Today?

The stock headlights had a crack in the drivers' side and moisture would gather in the fixture during the night- Threw the 99+ headlights on to replace. looks pretty good- light output is a lot better as well.
