YEP, make an appt at your local FD (or maybe PD). They put them in for my wife' car because it made her feel better about it. But I put them in mine. It could not be simply. But like I said if it makes you feel better go to the FD/PD.

Sounds to me like a good deal. Just for comparison's sake, I recently bought an '01 SR5 with 71k miles for $9500. And it has an issue with peeling paint on a door. I'm not nearly as experienced as most other forum members here.... but it seems like a good deal to me. I'd be happy with it.
