yes, the engine was running. So I guess it is nothing to be worried about. Thanks for your help!

noise coming from gas tank

The first time I went to fill up my tank in my SR5 2013 the gas tank makes this constant noise. See attached video...any ideas?2013 SR5 4Runner gas tank noise - YouTube
