I've got a 2007 V8 4Runner, and while stopped the engine idles up 250 RPMs to 750 RPM when the air condition cycles on and when the air cycles off it drops back to 500 RPMs. The AC compressor cycles on and off about every 15 - 20 seconds, so while at a light the engine is constantly idling up...
