Assuming you've flushed your coolant every 3-5 years, and you don't have any leaks, I wouldn't worry about it. I've worked on Toyotas with 300k miles on them that had the original radiator. Its all about the maintenance. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

Unplug the heater grid and ohm check it. If it show open/infinite your grid is bad. If it's OK, good chance the switch is bad. Pretty simple to test to see if there is voltage coming out of the switch when you turn it on. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk
