Those sliders will not work when you have the xreas suspension on because of the lines run up and down the out side of the frame rails. when I put mine on it was difficult because it was heavy other than that the whole line up and the bolts go in.

Its most likely the roof rack, when i built mine i didn't put any kind of seals at first and had the same kind of leakage on the passenger and driver side with wet seat belts, headliner and carpet. Have you ever taken the roof rack off or replaced it with some thing else? If so i would recommend...

Heres from the inside of the wheel well, not much to see this is from the center of the bumper looking in under neath the head light where you can see where it is zip tied. i would zip tie them up first before you put the bumper on though just makes it easier and then they are out of the way too
