so what is the right way when u change the rear brakes so you dont have to bleed the brakes? should you unscrew the screw on the caliper so when u compress the piston on the calliper it pushes the air out right away?

i have 05 4runner limited edition. Looking at my rear brakes, when i look through the rims. I see regular pads on the rotors. Under the rotors, are the brake shoes pads on the 4runner? if so, do all 4runners have this? thanks to all that help
