I did get a 2005 Ford Ranger because I needed a truck fast for my orchard. Also there was not a 4Runner, Tacoma or Tundra available in the price range I had in mind.
Maybe I should plant flowers in my old 4Runner and put in in my garden ;-)
Cheers.

That sounds like a great idea. Unfortunately at the moment I don't have the time or tools to take the truck apart. I just bought an orchard and am busy setting all that up. I may consider this though if I cannot find a buyer for the whole vehicle.
I was told that the support beamin the front is not safe anymore because of rust and no autobody shop is willing to take my truck on unless I want to spend $$$$ dollars. It has been a good vehicle for me and I am ready to pass it on I guess.
I appreciate your advice and support though.

Hello,
I have a 1989 Toyota 4Runner with 227,000km that I sadly will have to sell due to excessive rust on the body. Can you give me an idea as to how much I can ask for it? It runs very well. Everything is fine except for the rust.
Thanks
