Take it back to the place that did the install and have them figure it out. I mean you just got it installed and it doesn't work quite right so tell them your not happy and they should fix it with no questions.

does that smaller cover panel come off without taking the whole interior panel off first? Is there an easy way...Of course without tearing it all up. I've tried a couple of times and it seems like its on there good....

Not sure what you have planned for the speakers in the rear but with 6.5" or 6x9s and the 3.5" in the front doors make sure to balance it out with something LARGE in the back. Part of the problem with the factory setup is that its not balanced correctly...it seems to have way to much coming...

Yeah Custom Sounds probably is the best place to go. I used Audio Dimensions for my last runner and Custom Sounds bought them out a couple years ago. The thing is about those places is that if your not buying they don't want to help you out much... that's why I used Audio Dimensions before...
