I went with the Yokoham Geolandar AT4 G018 265/70r17 load range 115t because I only offroad about 5% of the time but I did want something that looked good. Only 8K Km's so far but happy with them so far. Road noise is not bad and handling is good. They are light so they did not impact mileage...
I had a vibration that I chased down to a bearing in the transfer case.

It is a very common problem, especially with lifts.

Does the problem go away if you are in 4WD? It does not sound like the same problem but there is a known issue with the needle bearing on the driver side of the front diff that should be ruled out. If the behavior changes when in 4WD then it would be worth looking at that needle bearing.
34x10.5r17's in the D range might work but I expect it would require a lot more modification to make fit than the 255/80/17 which measures 33.1x10. The C range would also make it lighter and ride better. For me it would be the goldilocks of tires. I think I will end up going with the 255/75/17...
255/75R17's are a good option but the 255/80R17's are 1 full inch taller, giving 1/2 an inch of extra ground clearance. It would be the perfect tire for me.
The title says it all. What I wouldn't give for a 255/80/17 load range C.
I love everything about the duratrac's except the load range and the price. I could live with the price and even the weight, but ride stiffness would be just to harsh for my 95% road driving. :(
2021 ORP with 58,000 KMs. Noticed hydraulic fluid on the boot at the front. Dealer seems like they are going to take care of it under warranty but I am a little worried about them fixing it incorrectly since it KDSS seems to be a little understood component. Fingers crossed. No lift and almost...
Same noise problem in my 2021. Found quite a few threads on it.
Help me source a noise...
I put in some felt washers which have solved the problem for the last year. Will see how long they last.
Not sure what I did but when outbrain loads in the right sidebar the sidebar extends to half way across my screen. This seems to be tied to my user as it does not do that unless I am logged in. I can't figure out how to make it behave normally where it only takes a small bit on the right of the...
I was looking at used here in Vancouver Canada but the price of a slightly used was pretty much the same as brand new and the 2020 came with TSS and android auto so that really sealed the deal on getting new for me. Ended up with a ORP, 2021 so got the LED headlights as well.
Just got a 2021 ORP and thinking of running 255/80/17 Wildpeaks on the stock OR wheels. It is completely stock. Sounds like it might not rub but hoping others can confirm.
