Thanks Burt, I am still checing into this. My GMC 2500HD has been pulling same boat with same wiring hook-up, but my Runner and a friends Tundra has had the exact same issue. Reverse light comes on when driving and VCS/TRC off lights come on. I wonder if my Runner needs an electronic brake...
OK now I need some advice. I have a Ranger bass boat and when I towed in with my 03Runner I blew some electronic part in the Runner. Something about my 5pin boat plug causing issues with reverse/TRC-VSC circiuts and Toyota's 7-pin/4-pin capabilities. What do I do to not make it go heywire again...
