Update 2/9/11 Turns out the rattle was coming from what appears to be some kind of bolt-on heat shield in place to protect the spare tire, not the foil-like heat shield running the length of the pipe. It's pliable enough that I simply pulled it away from the pipe and no more clanging noise...

Update 2/7/11 Worked with Firestone to replace REVO2s with a brand new set - They work great and no more wobble. Highly recommended... DP

I gave some detailed driving impressions in this thread. Interestingly, I just had an alignment done to line-up the steering wheel (Toyota service manager told me Toyota picks up the tab for one first-year alignment and wheel balance), and the truck came back much better than before. Tracking...

Covered it here Still planning on a sound clip, and the rattling noise is still there, too. Just haven't had time to focus on the these tasks... :)

I will really try to get it done this weekend... (it is on my list of things to do) :)
