whats the Drive Cycle for a 04 v6? i failed the catalyst

so im doing a valve cover gasket job what are the Torque for the bolts all around the valve cover and the 3 center ones that are next to the coil? also my gasket came with 12 o rings, is that for 2 for each bolt?

cleaned it. i ended up ordering a new MAF denso brand and new spark plugs and throttle body gasket and gonna try cleaning the throttle body. any other ideas if this doesn't work?

thanks a lot i ended up changing both and the code hasnt come up but the car still feels like it wants to stall. when it starts to warm up the rpm starts to drop and car feels like it will stall when i put it in drive car almost feels like it will shut off when i test drive it and go to a stop...

i will read on it. today i bought a new sensor for the other side and the code hasn't come on so i was waiting tell the car warmed up and the rpms have dropped down to 413 and the car feels like it will stall when i put it in drive . i check again for codes and none yet but now having problem...

so my mom has a 4runner 04 v6 car has been parked due for me replacing all the suspension front and back, she did have a check engine on for downsteam 02 sensor i bought both one for the right and one for the left replaced and code went away. so i also ended up having to change the parking brake...

iv used mobile one on my Subaru wrx and in winter on cold starts it would be hard to put my car in first gear unless it warmed up full and still at times gave me problems, so i ended up doing redline and worked so smooth what redline should i use? is there a link?

the parts listed will work with my 04 4runner?driver side rear left? im thinking about getting all of the parts and see if i can find a shop to do it. i bought the rear CENTRIC 40544002E {#951003} from rockauto and was going to do it but reading and watching videos made me change my mind lol

i have a 2004 v6 with 270k miles never been changed other then motor oil, whats the best oil to get for rear diff and transmission?
