I had to cut the rubber flange about 1" I think. Can't remember for sure. After that I think I had about 1/2" clearance from the fan. It was pretty tight. Because of the cut of the flange, the intake tube didn't flex as much. Actually it became pretty rigid. I can't really say how much...

With your setup... NO PROBLEM! :rocker: I had no problems with Revos even with just the 3" spacers. All you need to do is the usual trimming of the wheel well liners and you're done. Where you cut is going to vary a bit depending on the alignment setup, so you need to experiment a bit...

If I remember it correctly, at least 2 sets were different. I had to figure out which was which and could tell them apart only after removing the washers. At least one set was crush washers and the others were not. I remember that one washer had a kind of felt material. Sorry to be so...
