Is there an access panel in a 93 4runner to get to the fuel pump. I found a small one for the fuel line and harness connector.

My 93 4Runner V6 died on July 4th. The engine turns over but will not start. I have changed the fuel filter, cap and rotor. Ignition coil checks good. Plugs and wires are new. I have fuel pressure at the injector rails. My next thing is the Ignitor/Ignition Module. Is there any way of...
