Fuel Pressure but no start

My 93 4Runner V6 died on July 4th. The engine turns over but will not start. I have changed the fuel filter, cap and rotor. Ignition coil checks good. Plugs and wires are new. I have fuel pressure at the injector rails. My next thing is the Ignitor/Ignition Module. Is there any way of checking this? Autozone and O'Rielly's do not have the jumpers to bench check it. Don't want to spend $150+ and do fix the problem.

Have you actually had your fuel pressure checked? When my fuel line split I was still getting like 7 lbs so when I field tested it I thought I still had pressure.
