Need rust help on 3rd gen front bumper.
I have some untreated rust on my front bumper. It's starting to bubble under the paint and some paint has come off. It appears to only be in the corners. Is this too late to fix or can I fix it and repaint? Any help would be great I've never dealt with rust before. Thank you!- death tank
