I just had this problem on my 04. All 3 lights. Took it in to get struts done, they broke the ABS/speed sensor harness on the driver's side. Replacing that fixed the ABS light. Get that done first, then look at VSC and trac.

If you check craigslist or ebay, you can find people doing them for 2-3 bucks typically. You pay with paypal, and they'll email the report. I do this for mileage checks, mostly. And not every state reports it, anyway. The car I bought in NorCal had mileage reported for emissions.
