1995 4runner - all of a sudden the windshield wipers won't turn off. I had previously replaced the lights/signals/wipers switch for a different problem, so put the old one back on....the wipers still run when the ignition is on. What are the chances that two wipers switches both failed closed...

Thanks! I'll dig deeper. This probably is the difference between doing it myself and having it towed to the shop....

Are you sure about the access panel on the '95? I lifted the seat and looked and didn't see anything????

My 95 (3.0l, 6cyl) - 180K miles - will crank but not start. I don't hear the fuel pump come on. I "jumped" pins B+ and FP with a paperclip - and get nothing. How likely is it that it's a bad fuel pump? Would it make more sense to put an in-line fuel pump in, instead of dropping the gas tank...
