Did you ever figure this out? My 98 is doing the same thing. Gas guage, temp guage, 4wheel drive indicator light, rear defroster, e-brake, and seatbelt light all sporadically won't work. 1998 SR5 275,000 miles

I was told that a diff drop should be used for a lift 2in or more. Is that correct? I am looking at putting 99 Talls on my 98. Since its only about an inch of lift, a differential drop isn't required. Right?

Was it a bad ground? I am having the same issues. Temp gauge turning on and off, cruise light turning on but cruise not working. As well as when 4wheel drive is engaged the light will turn off and on as I drive.

Every figure out the issue? I am having the same issue with my 1998 except it is the heat gauge and some of the aux lights. (ie seatbelt light, 4wheel drive light, when I have 4wheel drive engaged, and cruise control) They will just come and go as I drive.

Would 99 Limited springs work the same as the highlander springs? I'm going to put them on my 98.

Are these all of the parts that are needed for this lift? Do I need to buy new shocks and struts for my 1998 to make this work?
