Yup, that's the hose! i thought it must be some type of return since it just had hose clamps and would've been at a lower pressure perhaps. The leak was at the connection of clamp 23273D (there's two of these clamps). Since 23273C is a hose, I'm hoping the leak point is it versus the metal...

Won’t be able to check it with a multimeter until the morning. I didn’t see any corrosion on the terminals when first looked to make sure they were tight. When I go back I’ll pull the cables off the terminals completely to look just in case it’s something similar to what you had.

Only the speedometer is out when driving; the others come back after doing a little dance (as described in the linked thread). I see what you mean though...where's the ground for the cluster? Stepper motor should be here Tuesday.
